Attendance 1 day per week (Mondays)
You will also be expected to work up to 7 hours per week on projects in your own time, but we do offer online/email tutor support for this throughout the course.
Cost: £8,495
Full payment or a 50% deposit is required to secure a place on the course.
Once the application form is returned to us by email and the deposit paid, we will then process and confirm your place on the requested course.
Alternatively, we can now offer a payment plan for fees on request.

What teaching materials are provided for the course delivery?
Each of the modules has a step-by-step approach to the project. The modules contain a ‘brief’ which details what work is required by the end of the project and resources for students to use in the studio; plus creative assets like typeface and layouts, previous examples of student work, and more.

- Introduction to typography

- Adobe creative suite, Indesign, Illustrator & Photoshop

Course content
During the 6 months, students will work on intensive design briefs relevant to the industry and, ultimately, produce a portfolio that will prove a vital tool for showcasing their strongest work at interviews.
Students have contact with their tutor and visiting industry professionals.
On completion of the course, students will have compiled a printed portfolio book, plus a digital online version to showcase their best projects.
On completion of the course, students receive our Strohacker Design School Certificate, which is fast becoming recognised in industry as a mark of excellence in design training. The certificate is signed by Jamie Hewlett, co-creator of the Virtual Band Gorillaz and a previous winner of the UK Designer of the Year Award.

How the course is delivered
We limit our classes to 6 students, so that we can give the individual attention needed to produce great results.
We provide an inspiring, supportive environment which allows us to thrive.
The school is based in a modern building in Chichester, UK.
Each student has their own work station and computer.
The studio has many resources on hand, with access to an exciting library with design-related books and materials, plus
an A3 colour printer.
Students are set weekly projects over the 6 months and, on average, are expected to work 7 hours per week in the studio and 7 hours in their own time.
The aim is that potential students can study around their day-to-day commitments.

Graphic design is the process of visual communication and problem-solving through the use of typography, space, imagery and colour, and then to effectively convey the information across different platforms and media to an audience.
This can take the form of brand identity, advertising (traditional & digital), UX/UI, website design, surface graphics, packaging, apparel and editorial design.
